An excellent holographic and Micro Embossed alternative to paper, super bright and super glossy very opaque, but with double sided holographic show through, anti-static unlike most foil wraps, also folds, creases and tears similar to paper, more cost effective than paper! Our various methods of applying holograms, diffractive patterns and Micro Embossed structures to board, allow us to cover low to high volume runs of cartons and boxes and give you the finish and presentation that you require.

There really is vary little constraint in terms of the results we can achieve, boxes can be laminated, cut creased, folded, glued, colour lacquered, special pearlescent and glitter varnishes can be applied also. Boxes can be over printed and foil blocked.

PRODUCT LABELS     

Silver produce Holographic and Micro Embossed labels for all manner of product from toys to jam jars! Our wealth of expertise in the production of holographic adhesive materials allows us to perfectly match the correct type of label to your application and financial considerations.

Although Silver probably has one of the largest ranges of holographic label materials, the world of Holography in terms of labels, unfortunately does not lend it self to the customer being able to pick and choose from the usual array of off the shelf adhesive label products.

Things to consider are how bright the image needs to be, is it to be a hologram that subsequently needs to be over printed in register? Does the choice of the holographic pattern meet expectations when printed and die cut? What product is the image going onto, a box, a bottle, a can etc. all this will not only determine the type of label you will require, but also the type of hologram, diffractive pattern/image or Micro Embossed structure.

Labels can be produced to any size and shape supplied as a native hologram or printed in up to 8-colours plus varnish and laminated if required. By UV Flexo, Litho, or UV letterpress, or combinations.

SECURITY LABELS AND TICKETS     

Silver manufacture all types of hologram security labels on a wide variety of substrates including tamper evident polyesters and paper, we have the ability to completely modify label constructions, right down the type of adhesive and liner.

The most important part of a security hologram label or ticket is obviously the hologram itself! The purpose and requirement for the label can determine this in many ways in the first place.

How secure does the label need to be? is the reason for the label or ticket to deter fraudulent copying of a product or large scale counterfeiting? Is the product an automotive part for instance, such as a disc brake pad or an air bag? That if a non-genuine part were to be fitted to a vehicle, have serious implications, not only lost revenue but criminal liability on the part of the provider or OEM, but more over serious injury or even fatality to the vehicles occupants!

Silver will again advise on every aspect of your proposed application for the label. Working closely with you to devise the best type of security measures to incorporate in to both the hologram and the label.

A number of cost effective solutions have been devised by Silver to easily allow users to incorporate their own additional variable data, such serial numbers and Bar Codes, that can be printed by means of Thermal Transfer, Direct Thermal, Inkjet, Laser and Dot matrix printers.
