Collection of non-personally-identifying information
Wicked Moon collects non-personally-identifying information consisting of the operating system, browser and date and time of visitor requests. Wicked Moon may release non-personally-identifying information in aggregate form, such as by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its site.
Collection of potentially personally-identifying information
Wicked Moon collects potentially personally-identifying information consisting of the IP addresses of site visitors. Wicked Moon only discloses IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that IP addresses of guest users submitting forms on the site are visible to the recipients of those forms. (The IP addresses of logged in users submitting forms are not visible to the recipients).
Collection of personally-identifying information
Wicked Moon collects limited personally-identifying information. When signing up for a Wicked Moon account visitors enter a username and email address. Wicked Moon uses PayPal for payment processing. We do not keep personally-identifying information about payments, except for the PayPal transaction ID. (PayPal's Privacy Policy).
Third party services
Wicked Moon uses Google Analytics, which collects information such as your IP address, referring site, operating system, browser, etc. Google Analytics does not share this information except in aggregate form; no information is shared as to any individual user. (Google's Privacy Policy).
Access to and editing of personally-identifying information
Registered users can login to their Wicked Moon account to access and update their personally-identifying information.
Wicked Moon deletes personally-identifying information, plus content associated with your account, such as your subdomain, webpages and file uploads, when your account is deleted. Private messages sent to other users are not deleted (unless that user deletes them or his account). We may keep other information, such as PayPal transaction IDs and server logs, indefinitely.
Aggregated statistics
Wicked Moon may collect statistics about the behavior of site visitors. For instance, Wicked Moon may monitor the most popular accounts. Wicked Moon may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Wicked Moon does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of certain personally-identifying information
Wicked Moon discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Wicked Moon’s behalf or to provide services available at Wicked Moon, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Wicked Moon, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
Wicked Moon will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information. Wicked Moon takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Wicked Moon uses cookies to identify and track site visitors. Wicked Moon uses cookies to remember logins, display certain status messages and for some other minor functionality.
Business transfers
If Wicked Moon, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the event that Wicked Moon goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
